Q "How can I collect money from my customers in a more expeditious manner?
A What you want to accomplish with your customers is to make it easier for them to pay.

HYCO has a product referred to as a "data mailer". Normally you would mail your customer's invoice or statement in an envelope. The invoice or statement may be a multi-part form that would include a copy to be returned with the payment.

In this scenario, you are asking the customer to use one of their envelopes; address the envelope to your company, place the check in the envelope (with possibly a copy of the invoice or statement); and mail it to you.

The "data mailer" is a single product that contains your outgoing envelope, the invoice or statement, and the return envelope.

ADVANTAGES FOR YOU:

  • Quicker turnaround time of payment due to ease of the "data mailer".
  • The exterior of the return envelope contains specific information referring to that particular invoice or statement. This will avoid any confusion as to which account is mailing your company the payment. Some companies have many names.
  • Your company will save labor costs by not having to fold either the invoice or statement and stuffing it into the envelope.
